Hello from the Preschool!
Our service project for November was to donate food to the Thanksgiving eve service. For December we have made Christmas cards for the soldiers and collected stocking stuffers for Operation Hope. We are looking forward to working with the church on other mission/serving projects on a regular basis.
We are awaiting the results of our Quality Counts assessment but a little bird told me we did well. Our teachers have worked tirelessly to meet the standards that provide for a high quality program for the children we serve. We have just a few openings and would welcome your referrals.
We are now celebrating chapel every Wednesday at 9:15. It is short and sweet, just like our children. Should you wish to join us, please do so.
School will be closed Dec.19th through January 4th for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Registration for the 2010-2011 school year will be in February.

Christmas Poinsettia Sales
We are now taking orders for Christmas Poinsettias. Proceeds will benefit our Preschool. These are the Poinsettias that will be used to decorate our sanctuary during the Christmas season. After Christmas, you may take them home or donate them to the Church for planting on the church grounds.
Prices are as follows:
One gallon - Two plants per pot. This plant is twice the size (width) of plants in the discount stores. $10.
Two-Gallon - 8" pot, three plants per pot. This plant is 20" x 18". $20.
Three-Gallon - Four plants per pot, 24" to 26" tall. $30.
14-inch Bowl - This is a terra cotta color shallow bowl, six plants per pot. It makes a great table centerpiece. $30.
Poinsettia in a wicker basket with handle. This is two one-gallon poinsettias in a nice basket. $30.
You may dedicate your poinsettia in memory of a loved one. Watch the bulletins for more information.
